Due to new European Union regulations that tackle credit and debit card fraud, customers are now required to complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) when adding a payment card to Zare.com. This allows the card to be re-billed for services until it needs to be authenticated again. In the event the card fails and requires re-authenicating we will send an email with a link for you to be able to do this.
