All our services are unmanaged, this means that what we can help with is very limited.
What CAN we help with?
- Hardware related issues (Memory, disk and CPU)
- Network related issues (packet loss, high ping, DDoS filtering)
- Billing related issues (invoices, new orders, cancellations, refunds)
What we CANNOT help with
- Configuring software (this includes game servers, VoIP, firewalls, mail, web servers etc)
- Determine where lag is coming from within your software ("My game server is lagging, can you help?", "My emails won't send")
