What can support help with?

All our services are unmanaged, this means that what we can help with is very limited.

What CAN we help with?

  • Hardware related issues (Memory, disk and CPU)
  • Network related issues (packet loss, high ping, DDoS filtering)
  • Billing related issues (invoices, new orders, cancellations, refunds)

What we CANNOT help with

  • Configuring software (this includes game servers, VoIP, firewalls, mail, web servers etc)
  • Determine where lag is coming from within your software ("My game server is lagging, can you help?", "My emails won't send")
