COVID-19 update and our Christmas availability.

London & Tier 4
It has been quite a while since we provided an update on the state of COVID-19 and how the recent Tier 4 change in London may affect you as a customer, so we thought it apt to release this now.

With London moving into Tier 4 and restrictions being stricter, we wanted to confirm that this will have zero impact on the quality of our services, nor will it restrict our staff from carrying out essential work. If you already have a service with us, you should expect no changes at all.

If changes are made to Tier 4 restrictions that could impact the availability of our staff team then we will make sure to inform you immediately.

Amsterdam, Zurich & Paris
We have no additional updates on the state of these locations currently, we have no reason to believe that our availability would be affected with the current restrictions that are in place. Flight restrictions are in place, limiting access from the UK. Due to this we will be relying on the on-site staff to carry out any changes that are required.

Christmas changes
Although this year has been incredibly strange, some normality still exists during the Christmas period. Many of our staff will be spending Christmas day with their families where it is safe to do so, enjoying the brief festive period.

Due to this we will have reduced hours for new or custom server setups, these hours are as follows;

  • 24th December – 9am – 4pm
  • 25th December – Emergency changes only
  • 26th December – Emergency changes only

During these 3 days we will still have staff available for all emergencies that may take place, we will also have staff available 24/7 via our ticket system. From the 27th December onwards our hours will return to normal.
