When ordering a service from us we require you to be at least 16 years of age. If you’re under the age of 16, you hereby confirm that you have consent from a parent or guardian allowing you to sign up with us.
Our services cannot be used for anything that is deemed illegal under UK law. Further to this, our services cannot be used for the purposes of hosting, facilitating or running any of the following items whether legal or not;
Hosting and/or facilitating;
You must also not alter any of the following on our hardware (this will result in a £25.00 ex VAT charge for each)
The above lists are not strictly limited to the listed items and more may be added in future. If you have any questions or queries about content you wish to host, please contact us via our support section. If any of your services are found to be breaking the above terms, they will be terminated.
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee if our services are to be found at fault, this could be because of the following reasons;
If you are outside of the 7-day guarantee, then you can be refunded pro-rate ( (Total Paid for Effected Service / Days in the term) * Days left on billing period ). However, if any of your services have broken the rules laid out in our usage terms, then you won't qualify for a refund at any point during your billing period.
Hydra Communications Limited will not be held responsible for the backing up and integrity of customers data. In the case that data loss may occur, you will be held responsible for your own data and a refund cannot be offered if outside the 7-day distance-selling policy. When a hard drive or SSD fails, we will replace the failed hardware within 24 hours.
If you have outstanding bills for your services, then this can lead to data loss through server reinstallation after 5 days of being overdue.
You must be over the age of 16 to signup to any of our services or place an order.
If you do not wish to renew your service with us then you must confirm a cancellation on or before the order/server is due via the order page. Services that have not been cancelled must be paid for another month (30 day cycle). If the invoice remains unpaid it will be sent to collections where a third party company will contact you in order to recover the debt and administration fees.
All cancellation requests must be made via the Zare Manager and not via email. Cancellations will automatically cancel all outstanding invoices for the service and will be removed from your account at the end of its billing period. Cancellations can be revoked at anytime, if the request was not for immediate cancellation.
By adding your card as a payment method you give permission to be automatically billed for overdue invoices even when auto-recharge is not enabled (auto-recharge is for hourly billed cloud servers only)
If at any point list prices are reduced due to a sale or high stock levels, your existing services pricing cannot be lowered or amended to the sale pricing. You may also not order a server in a sale/lower pricing to replace existing servers of the same or similar specification (You may order sale/lower pricing servers as additional services, as long as you do not cancel any within 45 days.). We reserve the right to terminate/suspend or charge your account extra in the event that you have tried to do any of the former points.
All your services benefit from our guarantees
