How am I billed?

Cloud servers are billed hourly and requires you to have credit before deploying them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, PayPal, Bitcoin and Wire Transfer.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if there is a serious problem with either the network or hardware that cannot be resolved by ourselves quickly, you are able to get a full refund.

Why is my account disabled?

In some cases, new accounts may be blocked from deploying cloud servers, this can be easily resolved by contacting support.

How do I cancel my server?

All you need to do is click destroy on your cloud server, this will remove it and stop it being billed.

Are there any contracts?

All ours services are done on a rolling monthly basis or billed hourly, no contracts are involved.

Can I cancel whenever I want and are there any fees?

You can cancel your server whenever you want, no fees are incurred.

Why was my order declined?

Credit payments can sometimes be declined if your order has been flagged on our system for the following things.

- Your billing address does not match that of your card payment.
- You have previously broken our terms of service with a different server.
- We have previously had issues with payments from yourself.
- You have used a throw-away email address on signup.

Please also note that whenever you order is declined, the payment will automatically be refunded.
